4‑10 Fishing vessels etc.
(1) Subsections 4‑7(3) to (5), section 4‑8 and paragraph 4‑9(1)(c) do not apply to: (a) an establishment that is a fishing vessel; or (b) an establishment that is used only for packing live fish (other than shellfish) or for growing and holding live fish before packing. (2) An establishment referred to in paragraph (1)(a) or (b) must have: (a) amenities, including hand washing facilities; and (b) drainage; sufficient to maintain the fitness for human consumption of fish or fish products on or at the establishment.
