2‑13 When government certificate may be issued in relation to fish or fish products
For the purposes of subsections 62(1) and (2) of the Act, a government certificate may be issued in relation to fish or fish products that are to be, or that have been, exported.
Note: A government certificate (other than a certificate issued by electronic means) must be retained in a secure place when it is not being used (see section 11‑4 of this instrument).
