sec.95 Explosives exempt from s 44 of Act
The following explosives are exempt from section 44 of the Act — a schedule 4 explosive; collectors’ ammunition stored by a prescribed ammunition collector; an explosive stored at a government magazine.
- (a) a schedule 4 explosive;
- (b) collectors’ ammunition stored by a prescribed ammunition collector;
- (c) an explosive stored at a government magazine.
