sec.6 Substances declared to be explosives
For schedule 2 , definition explosive , paragraph (b) of the Act , each of the following is declared to be an explosive— a precursor; ammunition that does not contain explosives; security sensitive ammonium nitrate. However, subsection (1) (b) does not apply for section 38 of the Act .
