sec.47 Information that must accompany application
This section applies to an application to renew— a licence to use explosives; or a shotfirer licence; or a fireworks operator licence. The application must be accompanied by a record of the explosives used under the licence by the holder of the licence during the term of the licence. (sec.47-ssec.1) This section applies to an application to renew— a licence to use explosives; or a shotfirer licence; or a fireworks operator licence. (sec.47-ssec.2) The application must be accompanied by a record of the explosives used under the licence by the holder of the licence during the term of the licence.
