sec.46B Safety and security requirements under other legislation
To remove any doubt, it is declared that the safety and security management system may be part of a safety and security management system (however called) required under another Act. The safety and security management system may be part of a safety and health management system for a coal mine required under the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act 1999 . s 46B ins 2019 Act No. 7 s 108
