sec.31 Licence to transport explosives
A licence to transport explosives authorises the holder of the licence to— operate a business of transporting the explosives stated in the licence in the way stated in the licence; and possess the explosives for the purpose of operating a business of transporting the explosives under the licence. A licence to transport explosives does not authorise the holder of the licence to purchase explosives. s 31 amd 2019 Act No. 7 s 99 (sec.31-ssec.1) A licence to transport explosives authorises the holder of the licence to— operate a business of transporting the explosives stated in the licence in the way stated in the licence; and possess the explosives for the purpose of operating a business of transporting the explosives under the licence. (sec.31-ssec.2) A licence to transport explosives does not authorise the holder of the licence to purchase explosives.
- (a) operate a business of transporting the explosives stated in the licence in the way stated in the licence; and
- (b) possess the explosives for the purpose of operating a business of transporting the explosives under the licence.
