sec.23 Refund of fee if licence surrendered
All or part of a licence fee paid may be refunded if— the licence is issued for a term longer than 1 year; and the licence is surrendered during the term. For subsection (1) , the amount that may be refunded is the licence fee for each whole year of the unexpired term of the licence. - (a) the licence is issued for a term longer than 1 year; and
- (b) the licence is surrendered during the term.
