sec.210 Existing licence to transport explosives
This section applies to a licence to transport explosives in force immediately before the commencement. From the commencement— the licence is taken to authorise the authority holder to operate a business of transporting the explosives stated in the licence in the vehicles stated in the licence; and the licence does not authorise the authority holder to drive a vehicle to transport explosives. s 210 ins 2019 Act No. 7 s 153 (sec.210-ssec.1) This section applies to a licence to transport explosives in force immediately before the commencement. (sec.210-ssec.2) From the commencement— the licence is taken to authorise the authority holder to operate a business of transporting the explosives stated in the licence in the vehicles stated in the licence; and the licence does not authorise the authority holder to drive a vehicle to transport explosives.
