sec.203 Request made under former s 103
This section applies if, before the commencement— a person gave the manager of a government magazine a notice making a request under former section 103; and the manager had not decided the request. The notice is taken to have been given under section 117. Anything done in relation to the notice under the 2003 regulation is taken to have been done in relation to the notice under this regulation. (sec.203-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement— a person gave the manager of a government magazine a notice making a request under former section 103; and the manager had not decided the request. (sec.203-ssec.2) The notice is taken to have been given under section 117. (sec.203-ssec.3) Anything done in relation to the notice under the 2003 regulation is taken to have been done in relation to the notice under this regulation.

- (b) the manager had not decided the request.
