sec.20 Term of authority— Act , s 19
For section 19 (1) of the Act , the maximum term of an authority is— for a fireworks contractor licence or a fireworks operator licence—3 years; or for another authority—5 years.
- (a) for a fireworks contractor licence or a fireworks operator licence—3 years; or
- (b) for another authority—5 years.
