sec.194 Remedial action notice given under former s 9
This section applies if, before the commencement— an inspector gave a remedial action notice under former section 9(5); and the notice had not been complied with. The notice is taken to have been given by the inspector under section 9(4). (sec.194-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement— an inspector gave a remedial action notice under former section 9(5); and the notice had not been complied with. - (a) an inspector gave a remedial action notice under former section 9(5); and
- (b) the notice had not been complied with.
