sec.18A Age of employees— Act , s 33
For section 33 (1) (a) of the Act , the following ages are prescribed— for an employee who is employed to drive a vehicle that is transporting explosives—21 years or more; otherwise—18 years or more. This section does not apply in relation to an employee who is employed to work at a mine. s 18A ins 2019 Act No. 7 s 96 (sec.18A-ssec.1) For section 33 (1) (a) of the Act , the following ages are prescribed— for an employee who is employed to drive a vehicle that is transporting explosives—21 years or more; otherwise—18 years or more. (sec.18A-ssec.2) This section does not apply in relation to an employee who is employed to work at a mine.
- (a) for an employee who is employed to drive a vehicle that is transporting explosives—21 years or more;
- (b) otherwise—18 years or more.
