sec.187 Prohibition on giving explosives to unauthorised person
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, give or hand over an explosive to another person who is not authorised to possess the explosive. Maximum penalty— if the explosive is a security sensitive explosive—200 penalty units; or otherwise—50 penalty units.
- (a) if the explosive is a security sensitive explosive—200 penalty units; or
- (b) otherwise—50 penalty units.
