sec.186 Person not relieved of obligation merely because other person has same obligation
This section applies if this regulation— imposes an obligation on a person (the relevant person ); and imposes the same obligation on 1 or more other persons. To remove any doubt, it is declared that the imposition of the obligation on the other persons does not relieve the relevant person of the obligation imposed on that person. (sec.186-ssec.1) This section applies if this regulation— imposes an obligation on a person (the relevant person ); and imposes the same obligation on 1 or more other persons. (sec.186-ssec.2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that the imposition of the obligation on the other persons does not relieve the relevant person of the obligation imposed on that person.
