sec.166 Display hosts’ obligations about safety and security of fireworks displays
The display host for a fireworks display must not allow the fireworks display to be staged if the display host knows, or ought reasonably to know, the display will not comply with the safety and security requirements for the display. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units. s 166 amd 2019 Act No. 7 s 147
