sec.162 Meaning of safety and security requirements for fireworks display
The safety and security requirements , for a fireworks display, are— for an outdoor fireworks display— the requirements stated in the Queensland fireworks code; or alternative safety and security measures for the code; or for another fireworks display, any condition of— the fireworks contractor licence of the fireworks contractor for the fireworks display; or the fireworks operator licence of a fireworks operator for the fireworks display. s 162 amd 2019 Act No. 7 s 146
- (a) for an outdoor fireworks display— (i) the requirements stated in the Queensland fireworks code; or (ii) alternative safety and security measures for the code; or
- (i) the requirements stated in the Queensland fireworks code; or
- (ii) alternative safety and security measures for the code; or
- (b) for another fireworks display, any condition of— (i) the fireworks contractor licence of the fireworks contractor for the fireworks display; or (ii) the fireworks operator licence of a fireworks operator for the fireworks display.
- (i) the fireworks contractor licence of the fireworks contractor for the fireworks display; or
- (ii) the fireworks operator licence of a fireworks operator for the fireworks display.
- (i) the requirements stated in the Queensland fireworks code; or
- (ii) alternative safety and security measures for the code; or
- (i) the fireworks contractor licence of the fireworks contractor for the fireworks display; or
- (ii) the fireworks operator licence of a fireworks operator for the fireworks display.
