sec.150 Restriction on appointing shotfirer
The site senior executive for a mine, or an underground mine manager of an underground mine, must not appoint a person as a shotfirer for the mine unless the executive or manager is reasonably satisfied the person meets the criteria stated in section 37 (1) (a) to (e) . Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
