sec.145M Cancellation for failure to take remedial action

This section applies if the competent authority— suspends an administrative determination on the condition mentioned in section 145L (2) ; and reasonably believes the holder of the administrative determination has not complied with the condition. The competent authority may, by information notice given to the holder, cancel the administrative determination. The cancellation takes effect on the day the information notice is given to the holder or, if a later day is stated in the notice, the later day. s 145M ins 2019 Act No. 7 s 142 (sec.145M-ssec.1) This section applies if the competent authority— suspends an administrative determination on the condition mentioned in section 145L (2) ; and reasonably believes the holder of the administrative determination has not complied with the condition. (sec.145M-ssec.2) The competent authority may, by information notice given to the holder, cancel the administrative determination.
