sec.145H Replacement administrative determinations
The competent authority must give the holder of an administrative determination a replacement administrative determination if— the administrative determination is amended under section 145K ; or the competent authority is satisfied the determination has been defaced, destroyed, lost or stolen. s 145H ins 2019 Act No. 7 s 142
- (a) the administrative determination is amended under section 145K ; or
- (b) the competent authority is satisfied the determination has been defaced, destroyed, lost or stolen.
