sec.145E Deciding applications
The competent authority must, after considering the application, decide— to make the administrative determination, or amendment, with or without conditions; or to refuse to make the administrative determination or amendment. The competent authority must not make the administrative determination or amendment unless satisfied the determination or amendment ensures the safe and secure transport of the explosive the subject of the determination. s 145E ins 2019 Act No. 7 s 142 (sec.145E-ssec.1) The competent authority must, after considering the application, decide— to make the administrative determination, or amendment, with or without conditions; or to refuse to make the administrative determination or amendment.
