sec.145B Competent authority may make determinations— Act , s 51A
For section 51A (1) (b) of the Act , the competent authority may make a determination about the safe and secure transport of an explosive. A determination under subsection (1) must be made by notice. A notice under subsection (2) is declared to be subordinate legislation under the Statutory Instruments Regulation 2022 , section 3 (3) and schedule 1 . Subsection (2) does not apply to an administrative determination. s 145B ins 2019 Act No. 7 s 142 amd 2022 SL No. 113 s 7 sch 4 (sec.145B-ssec.1) For section 51A (1) (b) of the Act , the competent authority may make a determination about the safe and secure transport of an explosive.
