sec.138A Licence must be available for inspection
The holder of an explosives driver licence must, unless the holder has a reasonable excuse— have the licence available for inspection when driving a vehicle to transport explosives; and if asked by an inspector, produce the licence for inspection by the inspector. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. s 138A ins 2019 Act No. 7 s 138
- (a) have the licence available for inspection when driving a vehicle to transport explosives; and
- (b) if asked by an inspector, produce the licence for inspection by the inspector.
