sec.135 Amounts of explosives— Act , s 50

For section 50 (2) (a) (i) of the Act , the following amounts are prescribed— for an explosive mentioned in schedule 5 — the maximum amount stated for the explosive in the schedule; or if no maximum amount is stated for the explosive in the schedule—any amount; for an explosive, other than an excluded explosive, transported by a person who holds an authority authorising the use of the explosive— if a condition of the authority states a maximum amount that may be transported under the authority—the maximum amount; or otherwise—250kg; for an explosive, other than an excluded explosive, transported in a place that is not a public place by a person who holds an authority authorising the possession of the explosive—any amount; for collectors’ ammunition transported by a prescribed ammunition collector—any amount. In this section— excluded explosive means— an unauthorised explosive or a prohibited explosive; or an explosive mentioned in schedule 5 . s 135 amd 2019 Act No. 7 s 134 (sec.135-ssec.1) For section 50 (2) (a) (i) of the Act , the following amounts are prescribed— for an explosive mentioned in schedule 5 — the maximum amount stated for the explosive in the schedule; or if no maximum amount is stated for the explosive in the schedule—any amount; for an explosive, other than an excluded explosive, transported by a person who holds an authority authorising the use of the explosive— if a condition of the authority states a maximum amount that may be transported under the authority—the maximum amount; or otherwise—250kg; for an explosive, other than an excluded explosive, transported in a place that is not a public place by a person who holds an authority authorising the possession of the explosive—any amount; for collectors’ ammunition transported by a prescribed ammunition collector—any amount. (sec.135-ssec.2) In this section— excluded explosive means— an unauthorised explosive or a prohibited explosive; or an explosive mentioned in schedule 5 .

• (a) for an explosive mentioned in schedule 5 — (i) the maximum amount stated for the explosive in the schedule; or (ii) if no maximum amount is stated for the explosive in the schedule—any amount;
• (i) the maximum amount stated for the explosive in the schedule; or
• (ii) if no maximum amount is stated for the explosive in the schedule—any amount;
• (b) for an explosive, other than an excluded explosive, transported by a person who holds an authority authorising the use of the explosive— (i) if a condition of the authority states a maximum amount that may be transported under the authority—the maximum amount; or (ii) otherwise—250kg;
• (i) if a condition of the authority states a maximum amount that may be transported under the authority—the maximum amount; or
• (ii) otherwise—250kg;
