sec.121 Meaning of relevant person
A relevant person , for payment of a fee charged under section 122 , means the person who asked that— the explosive for which the fee is charged be stored at the government magazine; or the activity for which the fee is charged be carried out at the government magazine. However, if a notice for the explosive is given under subdivision 6 after the request is made, the relevant person , for payment of the fee, is the person named in the notice as the person to whom the explosive has been sold or transferred. (sec.121-ssec.1) A relevant person , for payment of a fee charged under section 122 , means the person who asked that— the explosive for which the fee is charged be stored at the government magazine; or the activity for which the fee is charged be carried out at the government magazine. (sec.121-ssec.2) However, if a notice for the explosive is given under subdivision 6 after the request is made, the relevant person , for payment of the fee, is the person named in the notice as the person to whom the explosive has been sold or transferred.
- (a) the explosive for which the fee is charged be stored at the government magazine; or
- (b) the activity for which the fee is charged be carried out at the government magazine.
