sec.103 Requirements for storing blasting explosives
This section applies to a person storing blasting explosives in a place if the blasting explosives are schedule 4 explosives. The person— must store the blasting explosives in a secured area; and must display, in the required places for the secured area— a sign stating the word ‘Explosives’; or a classification sign for the explosive. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. (sec.103-ssec.1) This section applies to a person storing blasting explosives in a place if the blasting explosives are schedule 4 explosives. (sec.103-ssec.2) The person— must store the blasting explosives in a secured area; and must display, in the required places for the secured area— a sign stating the word ‘Explosives’; or a classification sign for the explosive. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
- (a) must store the blasting explosives in a secured area; and
