sec.10 Inconsistency with Australian Standards, codes of practice etc.
This section applies if there is an inconsistency between this regulation and any of the following documents— an Australian Standard mentioned in this regulation; a code of practice mentioned in this regulation; the UN model regulations; the UN tests and criteria. This regulation prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
