sec.98 Application to transfer exhibition licence
The holder of an exhibition licence and a proposed transferee of the licence may jointly apply to the chief executive for the transfer of the licence to the proposed transferee. The application must— be in the approved form; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
