sec.88 Application of relevant provisions to application
Each of the relevant provisions applies to an application for renewal or restoration of an exhibition licence as if— a reference in a relevant provision to an application were a reference to the application for renewal or restoration of the licence; and a reference in a relevant provision to an applicant were a reference to the applicant for renewal or restoration of the licence. This section is subject to sections 89 and 90 . In this section— relevant provisions means sections 52 to 56 , 58 to 60 and 62 . (sec.88-ssec.1) Each of the relevant provisions applies to an application for renewal or restoration of an exhibition licence as if— a reference in a relevant provision to an application were a reference to the application for renewal or restoration of the licence; and a reference in a relevant provision to an applicant were a reference to the applicant for renewal or restoration of the licence. (sec.88-ssec.2) This section is subject to sections 89 and 90 . (sec.88-ssec.3) In this section— relevant provisions means sections 52 to 56 , 58 to 60 and 62 .
- (a) a reference in a relevant provision to an application were a reference to the application for renewal or restoration of the licence; and
- (b) a reference in a relevant provision to an applicant were a reference to the applicant for renewal or restoration of the licence.
