sec.6 Application of Act to State for protected or wild animal
This Act does not apply to the State for an animal only because it is— a protected animal or an animal in the wild; and the property of the State under the Nature Conservation Act , another Act or the common law. See the Nature Conservation Act , section 83 .
- (a) a protected animal or an animal in the wild; and
- (b) the property of the State under the Nature Conservation Act , another Act or the common law.
