sec.49 Application of pt 4
This part applies to an application for the grant of either of the following— an exhibition licence; an interstate exhibitors permit. Under sections 88 and 95 , particular sections in this part also apply to an application to renew or restore an exhibition licence and an application to amend an exhibition licence or interstate exhibitors permit.
- (a) an exhibition licence;
- (b) an interstate exhibitors permit.
