sec.36 Meaning of authorised enclosure
An authorised enclosure , for an authorised animal (category A), is an enclosure of a type in which the animal is authorised to be exhibited or dealt with under the exhibited animal authority. An authorised enclosure , for an authorised animal (category B) or (category C), is an enclosure in which the animal is authorised to be exhibited or dealt with under the exhibited animal authority. (sec.36-ssec.1) An authorised enclosure , for an authorised animal (category A), is an enclosure of a type in which the animal is authorised to be exhibited or dealt with under the exhibited animal authority. (sec.36-ssec.2) An authorised enclosure , for an authorised animal (category B) or (category C), is an enclosure in which the animal is authorised to be exhibited or dealt with under the exhibited animal authority.
