sec.224 Appointment and authority
The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it— the chief executive’s appointment; an inspector’s appointment; the authority of the chief executive or an inspector to do anything under this Act.
- (a) the chief executive’s appointment;
- (b) an inspector’s appointment;
- (c) the authority of the chief executive or an inspector to do anything under this Act.
