sec.176 Application of div 1
This division applies if an inspector reasonably suspects, or is aware, that an exhibited animal or other thing in or on a vehicle may— provide evidence of the commission of an offence against this Act; or pose a relevant risk.
- (a) provide evidence of the commission of an offence against this Act; or
- (b) pose a relevant risk.
