sec.151 Resignation
An inspector may resign by signed notice given to the chief executive. However, if holding office as an inspector is a condition of the inspector holding another office, the inspector may not resign as an inspector without resigning from the other office. (sec.151-ssec.1) An inspector may resign by signed notice given to the chief executive. (sec.151-ssec.2) However, if holding office as an inspector is a condition of the inspector holding another office, the inspector may not resign as an inspector without resigning from the other office.
