sec.144 Suspension if relevant original decision stayed
This section applies to a temporary authority if a relevant original decision for the previous authority for the temporary authority is stayed by QCAT or the court. The temporary authority is suspended for the period of the stay. (sec.144-ssec.1) This section applies to a temporary authority if a relevant original decision for the previous authority for the temporary authority is stayed by QCAT or the court.
