sec.136 Ending show cause process without further action
If, after considering the accepted representations, the chief executive no longer believes a ground exists to take the proposed action, the chief executive— must take no further action about the show cause notice; and must give the holder of the relevant authorisation notice that no further action is to be taken about the show cause notice.
