sec.129 Register
The chief executive must keep a register of accredited persons. The register must contain the following particulars for each accredited person— the accredited person’s name and contact details; the conditions imposed on the accredited person’s accreditation under section 120 ; the term of the accreditation. The register may be kept in the form, including electronic form, the chief executive considers appropriate. The chief executive must publish the register on the department’s website. (sec.129-ssec.1) The chief executive must keep a register of accredited persons.
