sec.102 Changeover to personal representative
This section applies if, under section 101 , a personal representative (the new holder ) becomes an authority holder. The new holder must give the chief executive notice in the approved form of the deceased holder’s death within 21 days after becoming the new holder. Until the change is recorded in the register, a notice under this Act from the chief executive to the new holder may be given at the address of the deceased holder that is last known to the chief executive. (sec.102-ssec.1) This section applies if, under section 101 , a personal representative (the new holder ) becomes an authority holder. (sec.102-ssec.2) The new holder must give the chief executive notice in the approved form of the deceased holder’s death within 21 days after becoming the new holder.
