197 Regulations
(1) The Administrator may make regulations under this Act.
(2) A regulation may:
(a) for an offence against a regulation, prescribe a fine not
exceeding 200 penalty units; or

(b) provide for an offence against a regulation to be an offence of
strict or absolute liability but not with a penalty exceeding
100 penalty units.
