91 Application—ch 6
This chapter applies if a court is satisfied that—
(a) a dangerously ill person is or may be able to give evidence in a
proceeding for an indictable offence or on behalf of a person
who has been, or may be, charged with an indictable offence;
and
(b) because of the illness, the dangerously ill person is or may be
unable to give evidence in the proceeding.
