81H Recorded statement—accused person to be given audio
copy
(a) the prosecutor in a family violence offence proceeding intends
to tender a recorded statement as evidence; and
(b) the court accepts a plea of not guilty from the accused person;
and
(c) the accused person has not already been given an audio copy of
the recorded statement under section 81F.
(2) The accused person must be given an audio copy of the recorded
statement.
