66 Audiovisual recording of child’s evidence—admissibility
(a) a child has given evidence under this division; and
(b) the evidence is recorded as an audiovisual recording; and
(c) the child turns 18 years old before the audiovisual recording is
admitted in evidence.
(2) The admissibility of the audiovisual recording as evidence is not
affected only because the child turns 18 years old.
