64 Evidence of witness at pre-trial hearing—jury trial
(a) a relevant proceeding is a trial by jury; and
(b) an audiovisual recording of a witness’s evidence given at a
pre-trial hearing is admitted in evidence at the hearing of the
(a) the witness gave the evidence by audiovisual link at a pre-trial
hearing; and
(b) admission of the audiovisual recording is a usual practice; and
(c) the jury must not draw any inference against the accused person,
was given in that way.
