5 Definitions—pt 2.2 court means— (a) the Supreme Court; or (b) the Magistrates Court; or (c) the Coroner’s Court. Magistrates Court includes— (a) the Childrens Court; and (b) the Industrial Court. proceeding means a proceeding to which this part applies.
