36 Power to order payment of costs
A territory court that directs evidence to be taken, or a submission to
be made, by audiovisual link or audio link under section 20 (1)
(Territory courts may take evidence and submissions from
participating States) or section 32 (1) (Territory courts may take
evidence and submissions from another place) may make the orders
it considers just for the payment of the costs and expenses incurred in
relation to taking the evidence or making the submission, including
any amounts prescribed by regulation.
