35D Premises to be considered part of territory court (1) This section applies to any place within or outside the ACT where audiovisual link or audio link facilities are being used for a person to give evidence or make a submission in any proceeding. (2) The place is taken, for all purposes, to be part of the territory court that is sitting at a courtroom or other place to conduct the proceeding.
