35D Premises to be considered part of territory court
(1) This section applies to any place within or outside the ACT where
audiovisual link or audio link facilities are being used for a person to
give evidence or make a submission in any proceeding.
(2) The place is taken, for all purposes, to be part of the territory court
that is sitting at a courtroom or other place to conduct the proceeding.

(3) To remove any doubt, a law relating to evidence, procedure, contempt
of court, perjury or otherwise relating to the administration of justice
will apply in relation to the place in the same way it applies in relation
to the courtroom or other place.
