71 Government Gazette to be evidence of act of Board of Land and Works Where by any law in force before the commencement of the **Public Lands and Works Act 1964** the Board of Land and Works was authorized or empowered to do any act whatsoever any Government Gazette purporting to contain a copy or notification of any such act shall be prima facie evidence of such act having been duly done.
