42H Costs (1) The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to prescribing amounts payable to a court in respect of the costs of, and incidental to, the provision of an audio visual or audio link and ancillary equipment for the purposes of this Division. (2) In the exercise of its discretion as to costs, a court has full power to determine by whom and to what extent the amounts referred to in subsection (1) are to be paid.
