32F Ancillary orders available on a granting of leave Without limiting any action that the court may take to limit the possible harm, or extent of the harm, likely to be caused by the disclosure of protected evidence, the court may— (a) order that all or part of the evidence be heard in camera; or S. 32F(b) amended by No. 38/2022 s. 88(1). (b) make such orders relating to the suppression of publication of all or part of the evidence given before the court as, in its opinion, are necessary to protect the safety or welfare of— (i) the protected person; or (ii) a person to whom notice was required to be given under section 32CA(1)(b) or section 32CC(1)(c) or (d) (whether or not that requirement was waived); or S. 32F(c) amended by No. 38/2022 s. 88(2). (c) make such orders relating to disclosure of protected identity information as, in the opinion of the court, are necessary to protect the safety or welfare of the protected person or the safety of a person referred to in paragraph (b)(ii).
